"Dubrovnik centrum og samtidigt tæt på vandet, så finder man ikke meget bedre sted end dette. Afstanden til den gamle by (Pile Gate) er 1,6 km, og derfor nok mere 15-20 minutters gang end de 10 minutter der reklameres med. Men når bussen går ofte og taxa er nemt/billigt, så går det. De 50 meter til havet er også målt i fugleflugt, reelt skal man gå ca 200 meter ad trapper for at nå vandet, men det er herligt vand og turen værd. Vi savnede lidt en større terrasse vendt mod vandet, men det er vist...

"Alles in allem hat der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer bzw. Richtung Dubrovnik die Kleinigkeiten wett gemacht. Es ist ein sehr schönes Objekt, was aber an einigen Ecken kleinere Reparaturen bedarf. z.B. Deckenleisten befestigen, lockerer Toilettensitz, schlecht schließendes Fenster (grünes Zimmer). Zudem wäre eine bessere Ausleuchtung der Treppenanlagen zu überdenken. Aber ansonsten waren die Gastgeber sehr nett und haben uns auch noch im Dunkeln (19:30 Uhr) freundlich empfangen. Wir können die...

"This is a difficult property to assess. It’s a thin 3- story townhouse. Beds are on every floor. Laundry is in the foyer room. It is very well appointed. The bathroom on the 2nd story was luxurious. There is a comfy dining area for 4 on that floor as well. The host provided us with a 1-hr extended checkout which was very helpful. The bottom 2 floors’ beds were comfortable. The top floor bed, however, was a difficult room to sleep in as (apparently) electric boxes just outside the room whirred...

"Good for our extended family to have separate apartments and yet a good communal space and kitchen. Very close to beautiful lakes and we could use Pero’s canoes and paddle boards. Short trip to beaches. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Would recommend."

"Marijo is a great host and his property is superb. The home is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The large patio is a wonderful place for breakfast. The bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. The buses are are frequent and drop you off at the entrance to the old city (15 minute bus ride). A marina is a very short distance from the house and a fun place to kayak. Three grocery stores are very near by. This rental in Komolac is the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring Dubrovnik."

"Noise from construction right in front of the building. Were not aware this was not fully serviced flats and had not brought enough towels for beach/pool and shower or planned to shop for toiletpaper, amenities and cleaning product. Saw two snakes slithering across the path on the way to the beach. The owner was constantly hovering by the pool. "
