"There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. "To begin with, they give you a number in case you have a problem talking to the receptionist, then you talk to him and as if it weren't with him, he doesn't answer you, you explain the reasons and he just forgets that you are talking to him. They don't clean the rooms, there are cockroaches everywhere, it's a complete disaster, I don't want anyone to sleep there."

"Die Wohnung, die Aussicht und dass es einen privaten Strand hat fanden wir sehr gut. Jedoch gab es für ein Gebäude, dass 45 Stockwerke besitzt nur 12 Sonnenliegen am Strand, was nicht nachvollziehbar war. Es gab jegliche Diskussionen von anderen Besuchern mit dem Strandpersonal, dass dafür null verantwortlich war. Des Weiteren war in der Wohnung nur der Staubsauger zu beanstanden, weshalb wir die Wohnung in den 2W nicht saugen konnten. "

"On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...

"Alt ved hotellet er ekstravagant og imponerende. Lige fra du bliver taget imod i den imponerende lobby til du bliver vist til dit værelse.
