Beware, scammy hidden charges
I booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Apartment is advertised as suitable for 4 adults. Checkin went smoothly but when i reached the room, there was only a double bed. Upon calling the reception i was i formed that i need to pay 100 AED per day for each extra bed that i need. I told them the booking is for 4 humans and 4 beds should be included but they did not budge and forced me to pay extra for something which should have been included in the booking. And all this at 2:30 am with two kids. Stay away from these scammers, there are better local hotels and serviced apartments in the vicinity.

The property location is very quiet while there are still things to do. The staff especially was very polite and accommodating. Shalina at the front desk was a gem. The concierge staff was awry and helpful. I would stay here again.

+: Un hotel moderne pratique pour les voyages d affaires dans la silicon oasis. Petit dej excellent et bar rooftop tres agreable. - : reception deseagrable, 2 problemes avec ma reservation en 2 sejours (leur appli les duplique lorsque l on passe par hotels.com ou booking), refuse de garder les bagages. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre (hotel qui accepte les animaux), chambre communicante extrement bruyante, restaurant au menu tres limité, qui aurait besoin d etre renouvelé de temps en temps.

Great Hotel
Really nice and clean hotel, staff all really friendly and helpful. Hotel location was great for me as i was working only a few minutes away but its not so close to the tourist parts. Roof top pool bar and pool really nice and clean with towels available. Restaurant food really nice and good quality.

While the hotel is very well maintained and the staff friendly, we were quite disappointed by the lack of access our dog had to this self-acclaimed “pet friendly” hotel. In fact, there is only one floor and one restaurant that allows the pets. The rest of the hotel including its other facilities, restaurant/bar, and rooftop area are completely pet-free. We didn’t even sleep there as there was very little we could do since we had our dog with us.

Great rooftop bar and exceptional staff.
Thanks to all the staff for helping us with our many bags and two cats. We couldn’t have done it without you. I needed things printed and you all did it quickly, making my stay so much easier as I was transmitting to the airport. The hotel suite we stayed in was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with views.

Let’s say this really good hotel, for you and your pet either dog or cat. The hotel located in amazing area shops like within 10 min walk. Also there is nice restaurant close to hotel. It was really good experience I had in that hotel.

dog friendly hotel
We stayed for 4 nights along with our 02 fur babies. We opted for bed and breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t the usual buffet style due to safety health reason and that’s understandable but eating the same thing everyday is not ok. I regretted opting for breakfast. They do have hot and cold meal but basically the same every morning, not a single menu was change during our stay. What’s best tho is that we can bring our pooches with us at the restaurant. The hotel has a separate area for guests with dogs and it’s indoor. You’re just not allowed to take your dogs to the rooftop bar/pool area. Room has everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to bus stop if you need to go to city proper but there’s a bus stop just outside the hotel which only goes around Silicon Oasis. There’s a small grocery about 05 mins walk and not much option for restaurant. We just ordered online for our daily meals. All in all, this is by far my fave hotel as far as my dogs are concerned. The hotel doesn’t charge for dogs compared to other hotels and I do hope it will remain that way.
