Venu at front desk was so helpful he helped us check in made sure our stay was comfortable We arrived late after the flooding in dubai and we were greeted with a smile the hotel was busy but i can see the employees running around trying to make everyone happy 😃 Thanks

Horrendous and terrible, from the reception staff to the amenities, decor and furniture and location and booking price was over rated to the max. I would never consider never ever to stay at this hotel, especially this location, again. Could you imagine the toothpaste, slippers and all these small items are offered for a fee, nothing for free. The rooms were tiny and all sounds surrounding your room, in your dam ears. I’m trying to think of something decent about this place, other than it’s being dedicated for the dragon mart shoppers, else, save your money! Peace!

The location was excellent, however there was limited supplies, only one towel provided and you have to keep asking for things, the equipments were broken including the bathroom water, but what was really concerning is the atmosphere, as it was filled by drunk people at night, who were significantly drunk, prostitutes all night coming and going, and very unsafe environment for family, I think for a single person could be something you could work with but absolutely I would recommend against it for family due to multiple drunk people at night and prostitution at night

Insensitivity of reception staff
I had a mild heart attack with chest pain and my wife had requested the reception if a taxi can be arranged. However, they were insensitive and just told her to go outside to find a taxi. Expected a better service from Ibis chain of hotels!

Not the best Ibis
Hotel was in a good location in terms of choices of places to eat but be aware that one side backs onto a main road and is therefore pretty noisy. Breakfast was always fresh and the breakfast staff very friendly. The hotel itself is also very noisy, cleaners ckeaning at 4am every morning and juat loud gusts in general- the hotel's open plan construction doesn't help. My room was a non smoking room but cleanly people had been smoking as the room stunk and could also smell smoke throughout the floor i was on. In summary i stayed here as it was very close to where i was working but i wouldn't stay here again - sorry Ibis.

When I got to the room after check in the room has no towels at all. The telephone on the side of the bed was not working and I had to use one in the bathroom that did not had a list of the numbers for reception, house keeping and things like that. After tying some random numbers like 9,5 I discover that reception was number 0. So I called a few times before getting some one to answer me and get me some towels. Also the remote control for the TV on the room was not working. This should not be such a problem as I was not looking forward to watch TV at all, but the problem is that when you enter the room the TV starts automatically so the only way that I could turn off the TV was looking for the cables behind the TV set in the wall and finally unplugged from the wall. The hotel has a interesting location near to two Chinese mall with a lot of options to eat and things to buy but the traffic in the area was a little bit crowed because of the malls. So, fair location, room was clean, staff was helpful but the room needs some maintenance.

Good rooms top price nothing around
There for a day/night. Close to the airport but far from everything, a good 20 min ride to the usual spots. Rooms are new and nice. Price is top. Not good for long stays or tourist not much around.
