Twice they changed my suite due to air condition not functioning. Bathrooms leaking from ceiling in the first room I was checked in and room was hot with no air condition. Maintenance, called and still could not fix. They never changed my room for two nights. I had to sleep waking up sweating in the middle of night. They switched me third night to a known broken room with no air condition again and bathroom leaking. Almost broke my neck after taking a shower because floor was full of water. Staff at reception were rude and never gave me anything for complimentary or refund after second night. They kept saying hotel is full avoiding to change me to a better room. If you are on vacation it’s the worst place to stay. Hotel is old. I don’t see anything I could compliment on. Restuarant basically has nothing good about it visually or the food. I would never stay this hotel again. Be warned, don’t ruin your holiday and be attracted by the low price only to experience loud noise from the hindi club and Philippine club in the lobby and old, broken HVAC, broken bathrooms that are flooded after bath or showers. They are rated as four star, they must have bribed to get that many stars. I wouldn’t even give them any star.

La fotografia de la habitaciones superior pues pague por una habitacion mas grande, no resulto ser mas grande. La entregaron sucia y sin toallas, el servicio de habitacion hasta el 3er dia fueron. Internet el incluido maña cañidad y solo 3 dispositivos. Recepcion la actitud fue terrible exigia el codigo de confirmacion pero no te daban accedo a internet para abrir la app. Hasta que ne puse firme reviso su pc y lo vio.

This property is heavily booked and used. The rate per night is average and good for budget travelers. the staff is friendly and respectful. However, the rooms are standard and in need for renovations. We had problems with black mold and roaches in the rooms. Management addressed the issue with a new room but the same conditions were found.

I stayed in one apartment which was infested with cockroach 'babies' and had no hot water. I changed room, different floor, but the cockroaches were also there. I complained, but the hotel seems not to worry about it (my bosses stayed in a different floor and had the same problem). Bedroom is nice, but bathroom is bad, needs to be renovated. Wyndham should be ashamed.

Bad experience.. House keeping is terrible...
The room was not clean, heavy smoking smell. Bathrooms were not ready with Body wash gel and Soaps. It was empty. The response from Reception was very pathetic. After so much shouting they shifted to a new room. The room has lot of small cockroches.. In the nights it is visible in rooms, toilets everywhere.. like it is a hatchery... No pest control done.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and easy access to the metro. But other then that hotel service was not so great. We had to change rooms on the second day because our room keys were not working and there were cockroaches in rooms. Unfortunately there were cockroaches in the second room as well, and there was water leakage in the bathroom. Just overall a bad experience at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good though.

Well recommended.
Good stuff: 4 minute walk to metro, 1 minute walk to convenience store, 6 minute walk to mall. Unheated pool (in January), comfortable large room with mini fridge. Maintenance responded quickly to broken water heater switch. Bad stuff: dull thumping noise from night club and noise in the street most of the night. Granted, it's a big city and a densely populated area. Impossible to take a shower without the floor getting wet but easily remedied with the bath mat.

The rooms are dusty & have mould in the bathrooms...the hotel gets very noisy at night with loud music like a club you cannot sleep.the area is not a good environment at night especially with kids you cannot walk around with kids at night.

Multiple issues
AC thermostat doesn’t work, was too cold, else solution given was to switch it off; plug points not working, kettle does not work, no soap in the bathroom on check in, phone cord keeps falling off. I checked out in 1 day although I prepaid for 2. Good customer service mandates that you issue a refund at least for the 2 nd night

Hotel is outdated. There were some tiny cockroach in our room and we ask them to clean our room but still the same. Reason why we always close our luggage coz we don’t want this tiny guys coming home with us. Nice thing about the area is accessible to a lot of things like bus and train, restaurant, and shopping mall.

Roaches sharing my room
I have stayed several times here with mixed feelings. This time it was horrible. I got a smoking room and had to kill 2 roaches upon arrival and couldn’t reach the one in the ceiling. I checked out after a day and the management wouldn’t either credit my other night nor even an apology.

Rude, adamant and not service minded are some adjectives for couple of folks at check in. Were a hassle to get through, didnt care about small kids waiting and were just not pleasant experience overall. Property itself is well maintained. Very unsafe place for families with children. My family checked in at 3am because our flight was delayed and when we reached the hotel there were prostitutes waiting outside of the hotel.
