Fint hotel
Fint større hotel med venlig og serviceminded personale. Rene fine værelser. Havde bestilt et familieværelse, men det var egentlig to værelser med dør i mellem. Der var rent og fint.

Overordnet set et godt hotel med pæne og rene værelser og udemærket morgenmad. Dog manglede hotellet efter vores mening et sted med sol. Der var ingen mulighed for at spise morgenmad eller bade i solen. Poolen havde kun 20 min sol om dagen. Så vi brugte ikke meget tid på hotellet.

Helt fin ophold
Opholdet var super fint, dog ikk perfekt. Der manglede en pool til børn, noget spa/wellness og evt legeplads eller legerum for børn. Poolen der var der, havde nogen mærkelige åbningstider.. de burde udvide åbningstiden for den. Morgenmaden var fin, men kedelig når man er der i en hel uge, da den ikke varriere det mindste Skiftede værelse to gange grundet badeværelse problem. Ekstra point til den søde dame som hed noget med assumptah i receptionen, altid behjælpelig :) !

Rigtig dejligt hotel
Dejligt hotel som jeg til en hver tid vil anbefale.moderne, velindrettet værelse. Alt var i orden og meget rent. Personalet søde og hjælpsomme. Og dejligt med busservice til lufthavn og forskellige steder i byen. Hotellet ligger ikke så centralt i forhold til Marina osv, men tæt på metroen som er billig og velfungerende.

Good for overnight stop to airport.
Good service. Nice, light clean rooms. Purpose of stay was a short stopover before flying at 5am. Used airport shuttle service which was on time according to timetable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Rahim, he ensured our rooms were nice and clean to make it comfortable to stay in. He was very friendly and helped us a lot. The hotel was clean and had easy access to a lot of the main places.

Very good hotel. Hampton by hilton by the airport isn't really by the Airport. Shuttle only works until 10:30pm

The first step I put in the room, it smelled bad. When I went to the receptionist, they only send a guy with an air freshener spray. The area around the hotel is not exciting. I wasn’t expecting this in Dubai.

I liked the customer service front office provided. Bedroom was clean. Bathroom sink faucet was in dire need of replacement, faucet handle was loose and kept coming off. Body wash dispenser was not operating properly, had to remove the lid and use my hands to get it out.

Please invest in dehumidifier. My property was damaged from excess humidity in the room. Even with AC on high. Very disappointing.
