Had a fantastic stay with the family. Booked the halfboard package and it worked perfectly - liked that we could choose between lunch and dinner each day.

Som altid er Grand Hyatt en luksus i særklasse. Et ekstravagant hotel med byens bedste morgenmadsbuffet samt byens bedste udendørs pool anlæg og indendørs pool, spa of fitness. Har boet der ca 20 gange i løbet af de sidste 115-16 år og aldrig blevet skuffet.

Værelset var kedelig indrettet og lugtede af fugt på badeværelset. Gangen vores værelse lå på lugtede ligeledes af fugt. Man ligger meget tæt ved poolen, virker generelt slidt og man skal være opmærksom på at metroen kører lige ved poolen Ca hver 5 -7 min. Morgen buffeten var ok, men lignede lidt en byggeplads udenfor. Det ligger dog i super afstand til Dubai mall, koster Ca 25 - 30 AED.

Perfekt atmosfære med stort pool område :-)
Super dejligt hotel med perfekt atmosfære. Alle utrolige flinke og hjælpsomme. Flot stort renligt værelse. Lækker morgen buffet med alt hvad hjertet kan begære. 6 restauranter med noget for en hver smage. Perfekt aftensmad, sushi den ene dag og italiensk den anden. Dejligt. Er hotel det varmt kan anbefales :-)

Fantastisk hotel
Fantastisk hotel. Helt klart et 5 stjernet ophold. Meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Rigtig høj kvalitet af mad. Dejligt pool anlæg hvor det er sol hele dagen (i modsætning til andre hoteller hvor de høje huse skygger en del). Har haft adgang til club lounge. Giver mulighed for gratis drikkevarer hele dagen. Har rejst rigtigt meget både privat og firma. Har aldrig oplevet mere luksus og service end på dette hotel. Kommer klart tilbage igen.

Dejligt hotel - tæt ved lufthavnen
Har benyttet os af dette hotel nogle gange, bl.a. fordi det ligger ca 10-15 min kørsel fra lufthavnen, hvilket er komfortabelt i forbindelse med en tidlig flyver. Der er et dejligt stort poolområde som dækker behovet både hvis man har helt små børn og lidt større. Det er nogle dejlige store værelser, store badeværelser og i det hele taget efterlader hotellet et luksuriøst indtryk.

Lever klart op til sine 5 stjerner
Lækkert hotel. Lever op til sine stjerner. Hvis jeg skal sætte en finger på noget, så er det at wifi ikke dækker helt ked til poolen. Ellers er faciliteterne og servicen i top. Morgenmad og restauranter på hotellet er lidt dyre, men det er vel at forvente i Dubai.

My experience with the Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and my room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing and they had a 24 hour adult pool inside. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great hotel to chill out in Dubai by the pool. A little away from everything but handy for the metro or just use Uber.

Nice room, the pool was being refurbished but they gave us free dinner to compensate but should have told us before that this was going on. Otherwise was a wry nice experience and great food
