Verdens højeste, men absolut skuffende standard
Vi startede ud med et deluxe vær. på 50 etage, med så meget støj dels fra bygningen (vind?) og evt renovering på etagen ovenover midt om natten at vi nærmest ikke sov. Der stod en tom kleenex karton, der var ingen hårtørrer og vær. bar præg af ikke at være rengjort på trods af ankomst omkring midnat. Morgenmadsrestauranten mindede om cafeteriet på Storebæltsfærgen på en rigtig skidt dag. Der blev ikke tørt borde af mellem gæsterne, kom ikke nyt service, medmindre vi spurgte efter det, kaffemask virkede ikke (og havde ikke gjort det i flere dage iflg andre gæster), serverede ufærdig omelet og der var i det taget uappetitligt at være. Elevatorsystemet er et kapital for sig - det tog os min. 40 min at komme op eller ned. En anden gæst fortalte at have været 2 timer om det!! Vi fik efter nogen diskussion byttet vær. til en Suite på 39 etage og blev tilbudt morgenmad som roomservice som kompensation. Det hjalp på støjen og maden fra roomservice var også langt bedre end fra morgenmadsrest. Men reng. af vær. og tilstanden på hotellet får de ingen point for. Vores morgenmad stod der stadig da vi kom tilbage efter at have været væk hele dagen. Så skifter de håndklæder og efterlader kun 1 (de har taget 2 og vi er 2 indch. på vær.). Der lå de samme nullermænd på både badevær. og i stuen i hele perioden, så der blev ikke støvsuget eller vasket gulv. Gulvtæpper på gangene var meget usle og slidte at se på, dog var udskiftn. igang - hotellet er kun 4 år! ØV for en dyr og dårlig oplevelse!

Hotellen var udemærket. Geografisk passede det fint. Toilettet kunne være lidt mere moderne. Ærgeligt at man som gæst skulle betale for entre til rooftop bar. Og ærgeligt at man tit skulle vente på elevatoren. Men helt sikkert fornuftig pris taget alt i betragtning.

Very good hotel for family. Near to downtown and mall. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Only negative thing is lack of cleanless in the pool area, where people are not taking shower, before entering the pool. Special thanks to Razell Anderson, for a 5 star service. We will surely come back to this place😀

Godt ophold
Rigtig fint hotel, med en fantastisk udsigt fra 67 etage. Personale var rart og høfligt. Poolområde var godt - med endnu en fantastisk udsigt. Morgenmad buffet var lækker! Dog var ruderne på værelset ekstremt beskidte og de var “utætte”, så når der blæste larmede det og sivede ind med luft. De havde prøvet at dække det med tape - hvilket ikke så så godt ud på 4 stjernet hotel. Alt i alt et godt hotel med god beliggenhed :-)

Vi blev meget skuffet over dette hotel. De lever kun af deres pool og udsigten fra øverste etage. Der var dårlig service i receptionen og vores værelse var beskidt.

War ein super Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Burj Khalifa. Das einzig nervige war dass während der Stoßzeiten man sehr lange auf Aufzüge warten musste und diese in gefühlt jeder Etage gehalten haben. Am besten ist es ein Zimmer in einer der unteren Etagen zu haben, jedoch wird die Aussicht dann nicht mehr so gut! Sonst alles absolut top!

Definitely won’t recommend staying there, their staff are rude, management don’t know how to treat their own customers right, I had a situation that the hotel was it fault and the management didn’t handle it right, instead they offered a dinner to fix the situation for items that was damaged because their closet shelves was barely hanging, they will only give you stuff for the amount of people staying in the room, can’t be giving extra stuff.

Leider war das Automuseum nicht mehr aktiv obwohl Werbung gemacht wurde. Ansonsten ist die Rooftop Bar/Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Service im allgemeinen.

The Gevora hotel was great . The tallest hotel in the world . Great pool and views and near the dubai mall and other great eating/shopping ideas very convenient for travel and accessible.

Die Lage des Gevora Hotels ist einfach überragend. Direkt an der Sheik Zayed Road Dubai. Metro Verbindungen in der Nähe, Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, mit dem Auto einfach zu finden. Das Hotel ist wundervoll, besonders im 66. Stock mit Blick auf Burjh Khalifa, wo wir waren. 24 Stunden gibt es tolles Essen im Hotel. Das Skyview Restaurant auf der obersten Etage ist auch sehr sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich.

The elevator took very long to come. Staff was not very helpful. Old towels and not the cleanest hotel.

A beautiful hotel and the Highest hotel in the world… from the moment you walk in this hotel takes your breath away… you’re greeted by amazing staff like Joelle who must receive a raise for her amazing work and Ibrahim— the most delicious perfume shop in Dubai. It’s called Al Basata… ask Ibrahim or Said for a sample just mention my name, .. they will be happy to put the most delicious perfume on your wrist …. The staff are highly professional kind and you get a Family feeling. Also, the top Highest View restaurant ask for Mr. Ali he’s amazing..

Great hotel close to all attractions and near the subway/metro line to go anywhere else in the city. Attentive staff, breakfast buffet very good and the rooms clean and large. We had a room with Burj Khalifa view, excellent. Other guests were polite and private. Totally recommend to north americans and not only.
