Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

The Neighborhood
Business Bay can be thought of as Dubai’s very own Manhattan, built as the business centre of this burgeoning young city, it now hosts the new extension of the waterway through to the Persian Gulf, The Dubai Creek; a symbol of Dubai’s past as well as it’s future.

Neighboring Downtown Dubai and mirroring its accolade: 'The Centre of Now', the Business Bay development is perfectly situated just 7 minutes to DIFC, 10 minutes to Dubai Mall and 16 minutes from the beach with the Burj Khalifa watching over it all.

Take advantage of the historic Dubai Creek at your doorstep and take a water taxi from Al Wajeha Station up to the place where it all began in Al Ghubaiba, where the Creek flows out to the Arabian Gulf. From there, you can hop on to a traditional Abra or Dhow boat and explore Dubai’s Gold Souk in tradition and style. For a more typical mode of transportation, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Careem and other car services are also available widely and used throughout the Emirate.
