Super flot udsigt
Super flot udsigt, rigtig god morgenmad, dog var aftenbuffeten lidt for dyr. Man kunne lave nogle flere arrangementer på hotellet i baren om aftenen og gøre det mere attraktivt at blive på hotellet om aftenen stedet for at tage ud. Pool kapaciteten var lidt for lille. Ellers rigtig fint og flot hotel.

Average overpriced hotel
Average hotel. Overpriced. You just don’t get the feeling, that this is a 5-star hotel. Lack of management is probably the best thing to describe the hotel. The staff are friendl, but when you walk around the hotel you see them just chatting with each other instead of being ready to help. The guy that manages the Gym is the rudest. He does nothing other than working out and speaking very loudly on the phone. Very unprofessional. The restaurant at the hotel were we used to have breakfast is the best thing about the place. Friendly staff, much more professional. Always ready to help.

Okay hotel, men så hellere ikke mere end det. Det er ikke i nærheden af, at være et femstjernet hotel. Startede allerede da vi skulle tjekke ind og, at skulle bruge en adapter. Normalt så ligger der allerede en adapter i en af skufferne, men ikke her. Jeg ringer så ned til receptionen og beder dem sende en op. Efter fyrre minutters tid, så er adapteren endnu ikke kommet. Jeg ringer igen ned og her får jeg, at vide, at de ikke har flere, men at jeg kan købe en i hotellet shop. Det er ikke pengene, det er selve princippet og ikke noget man forbinder med et femstjernet hotel. Swimmingpoolen ser super lækker ud på billeder, men den er nærmest ubrugelig, da der kun er sol ved poolen i en time eller to om dagen. Hotellet ligger dog ok og har et godt fitness

Lækkert hotel. Vi var der på bryllupsrejse og det flinke personale tog godt imod os. Vi fik et lækkert værelse med udsigt til Burj Khalifa.

Enjoyed our stay at Canal Central. Just be careful with employees who provide incorrect information about excursions and taxi rides. The try to earn money behind the back of the management. And taking a taxi from the hotel is way more expensive then taking an original taxi in front of the hotel. Furthermore we enjoyed our holiday!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Located in the city and is close to the Dubai mall and many restaurants! Staff was really nice and place is clean and the rooms also! Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed there just over a week and the restaurant was poorly managed by the assistant manager who so rude and not guest friendly.

Very unhappy with our stay.
Don’t get the Suite if you would like to have a nice view. It’s sad that you are paying more for a bigger room when in fact a smaller room has better views and for whatever reason the hotel cannot inform you that the pool, bar and restaurant will be closed because of preparation for an event. I am sorry but I am very unhappy about my stay and it’s not acceptable that customers can’t at least be informed that amenities aren’t available during their stay. The concierge was great but the rest was so not worth the money we spent, especially for a 5-star hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem, zuvorkommendem Personal und lecker Frühstück. Einziger kleiner Makel ist die etwas laute Musik aus der Poolbar bis spät in die Nacht.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at Ramada. The room felt outdated, old. The lighting in the room was quite dim and dingy. The shower was not up to the mark and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, making it difficult to recommend this hotel. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star, I would rate it as a low 1 star. I want Expedia to give me reimbursement for my bad experience , as we paid 27000 INR for 2 night we could have easily spent another 13k and got four seasons , trident or Sofitel and get a real five star experience Do not recommend this place . As the premises need some serious upgrade to call it 5 star

Nice staff with lovely location … Did like : The bed is very bad , not comfortable, firm … I had back and hand pain from the bed … I do not recommend this hotel if you care about the bed … The elevators are small , u may need a long time to find space in the elevators

Overall decent stay. + good location and view on the canal and Burj Khalifa the highest building on earth. +friendly staff + Wifi amenities in room 👍 - food not diversify enough - dinner in main restaurant only buffet can’t à la carte.

Amazing experience
Truly amazing experience. While checking in, they offered a complimentary juice which was refreshing as you come in from hot weather. Then I was provided with room earlier than the check in time so went straight into the room which was great in itself. Plus the view you get while going up or down in the lift is just awesome
