We are proud to present this inviting one bedroom apartment located in the glistening Dubai Marina with views of the water below. From this prime spot there are a number of delightful restaurants and cafes for guests to visit all within walking distance. JBR Beach is also just a short walk away! Other attractions like Blue waters Island and the famous Palm Jumeirah are a short car ride away or use the Metro to explore the rest of Dubai such as the iconic Downtown, with ease!

This apartment is designed with style and comfort in mind and is perfect for a couple or single traveler alike. With modern furnishings and tasteful decor throughout, it has all the amenities to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay including high-speed WIFI throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove as well as a coffee machine and dishwasher. Guests can dine at the two bar stools at the kitchen counter and the living area has a comfortable sofa and smart TV. There is also a neat balcony to enjoy and a guest bathroom.

The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with an ensuite bathroom that is stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities as well as a toiletry starter pack.
