My stay along with my family at bahi ajman was nothing short of spectacular, from beautiful private beach and views around to the amazing staff that was readily available a phone call away to assist with any and everything. Would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at bahi ajman, especially Jatinder Singh for going all out in providing exceptional services. Would highly recommend this hotel for all the facilities and amenities provided and can't wait to plan my next trip here!

Nice location Food and Staff excellent easy access to shops and sites close by. Room was large with a nice balcony. Throughly enjoyed visit of four nights and would stay again. Weather at this time of year is perfect Trip to Ajman part of emrates tour.

The hotel is not as expected. The view is nice but the hotel facilites is not good. The bathroom inside the rooms is not working well. The big problem that I faced, that I buy some chocolate, I leave it in my room, when I came back it was full of small ant. All the room and my chocloate. Which is not accepted from the hotel. مرافق الفندق ليست كماهو متوقع. دورات المياه ليست بالجودة المتوقعة. تركت بعض الشوكلاتة في غرفتي اثناء اقامتي وعندما عدت للغرفة وجدتها مليئة بالنمل الصغير على الشوكلاتة وفي جميع انحاء الغرفة وهو شيء غير مقبول بتاتا من الفندق.

Everything was great. The only caveat would be that it is a dry hotel, meaning you have to elsewhere if you want a drink.

The property smells amazing and it is clean. The moment that you walk in, the smell of incense welcomes you but not it is not too powerful. Ajman is very far from Dubai and I did not realize that based on the map. I would not recommend using the concierge desk to book tours. I strongly suggest booking tours online with a reputable tour company prior to traveling. There is something very wrong going at that hotel with respect to costumer service. The staff is friendly or appear to be. The guy at the concierge desk booked our tour but decided to cancel without asking us and completely changed our plans and lied because he wanted us to go with a different tour. Also, we paid for a round trip taxi to and from the hotel prior to arrival. I confirmed with the desk about my car service to go back to airport. After confirming, I was told that I only paid for one way and having no choice and because I obviously had to to heard to the airport, I ended up taking a taxi. I was informed by email about three hours after confirming. You MUST take print outs of all reservations and also mention whether you have breakfast dinner and/or lunch included, if you paid in advance. The front desk seems to be clueless with respect to what is included in the reservation. I would not stay there ever again. I would not recommend this hotel, there are much better/nicer hones with better customer service in Dubai.

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich OK. Ich bin mir in Dubai anderen Standard gewöhnt und bin daher sehr viel auswärts zum Essen. Schade ist das ich erst um ca. 10:00Uhr zum Strand konnte, weil es vorher noch keine Sonne gibt in der kleinen Bucht. Es gibt Wifi im Hotel aber nur zum Schreiben, es ist nicht möglich zu telefonieren oder Video Anrufe zu tätigen.

Ok but too many issues with the room.
When we arrived they’ve only one bed prepared even if I booked a room for 4 persons. The tv didn’t work, I called and they “fix it”. Got back to the room but the tv still didn’t work. We called again and they fixed it “once more”. Last night we woke up as a small front of the bathroom marble countertop fell down. We told the cleaner. When we got back in the afternoon the whole marbel front (80x20 cm) had fallen down. They came quick and picked up the big pieces but we couldn’t use the bathroom for 1 hour whiles waiting for the cleaner. Then the tv didn’t work again. Once we could use the bathroom again there was no hot water. I told all this when checking out but only got a “- Tell us this next time you will stay here and you’ll get a better room. :-( Good breakfast buffet. Ok dinner dinner buffet. Very nice staff. Beautiful pool area and beach. Expensive hotel bar (small latte AED29). Too many impolite Russians.

Mon mari m'a offert de passer une semaine dans cette hôtel où nous sommes déjà venus deux fois, dans une ambiance sympathique avec les jeunes couples russes et leurs enfants. Belle plage ombragée sous les palmiers. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une chaîne TV en français !

This is NOT a 5 star hotel!
From the moment I entered the hotel, I was treated like garbage. Instead of people welcoming me in, there were three people shouting at me, one wanted to take my luggage, one measure my body temperature and the third one didn't even have any reason to stand there. All of them shouting simultaneously. I thought first that the hotel takes COVID-19 seriously and measures the body temperature of everyone entering, but no... That was the only time there was anyone doing that, after that people just walked in and out freely, sometimes with masks, sometimes without them. Next step of my nightmare was the check-in. I was told that the room needs to be cleaned and it will be ready shortly, and that I would be informed once it is ready. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes and nobody came to me. After this time, I went to talk with the people in the reception again, and guess what, my room was ready. Thanks for telling me! At this point they had already lost track of my luggage and they were asking if I had any. But I had already given them the luggage tag... The room was dirty, there were stains on the bed and the windows were covered in bird poo. The amenities included the cheapest instant coffee and paper mugs. I was told to that I have complimentary water, but I was once shouted at in the reception for requesting a bottle. The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic, the beach was small and poorly maintained, and the staff barely spoke English.

Good family hotel. Non Alcoholic hotel. Clean rooms. Arabesque restaurant was understaffed. Definitely the hotel needs a bigger pool and much cleaner beach. Spa facilities were very nice. Convenient location...

Pathetic Housekeeping
Rooms are so dirty with foul smell and hard dirt on the floor. We checked in to the room and left the hotel within 30min. Not at all recommended for families and especially during this pandemic time. Absolutely no hygiene and the staffs around are quite ok with the condition of the hotel cleanliness.

Room 701 was nice, we had a big bathroom with a bid bathtub. the room was cleaned really late, we missed sometime that they forget to put new coffee, new toilet paper.
