Der er meget larm fra nærliggende anlæg . Man kan også hører folk der taler på gangen . Ellers fint hotel og udmærket rum .

Da vi bestilte værelse, valgte vi non-smoking og udsigt til pool. Vi tilføjede også, at det var bryllupsrejse, og ville derfor have noget specielt på værelset. Da vi ankom til hotellet, blev vi endnu engang spurgt om vi var rygere eller ej, og vi sagde igen at det var bryllupsrejse, hvor de sagde, at der ville blive bragt kage op til os dagen efter. Da vi kom ud fra elevatoren til vores værelse, stank der overdrevet meget af røg og det samme gjorde der inde på værelset. Der var to små vinduer ved hjørnet af værelset, hvor man dårligt nok kunne se poolen. Dagen efter tager vi ud, og når vi er tilbage igen, er der stadig ingen kage. Vi siger det så til dem, og de vil tjekke op på det og sørge for, at vi får en kage i dag. Dagen efter igen har vi stadig ingen kage, og der er det også for sent, for vi skal tjekke ud. Manageren fortæller os, at kage koster ekstra? Seriøst. Vi fortæller dem så, da vi har talt med nogle af de andre gæster og fået at vide, at den etage, vi var på, var ryger-etagen, hvilket vi ikke havde valgt. De oplyser os, at de har valgt at 'prioritere' udsigten frem for non-smoking - ironisk, for vi havde ikke en god udsigt. Hvis man ønsker Dubai-udsigten, skal man ikke vælge dette hotel. De har heller ikke styr på morgenmaden. Vi stod i kø i 20-30 min, da der var kæmpe kø, og de løb frem og tilbage, og de prioriterede andre, der kom efterfølgende. De kom flere gange og spurgte, hvilket værelse, vi boede på, da de ikke havde styr på deres pladser i restauranten.

Meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war absolut fantastisch. Adel, ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels, war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet, indem er uns bei allem, was wir brauchten, unterstützt hat. Die freundliche Art und die exzellente Servicequalität von Adel verdienen besonderes Lob. I liked how beautiful and clean it was. The staff was very helpful, they offer bus shuttles to go around the city. The breakfast was delicious and copious ! There were a lot of amenities and the parking was very specious. Would definitely recommend !

The property is solid, the breakfast was outstanding. It is a busy property so make reservations early to choose your room. We like the larger room with the balcony as it was much larger than the lower rooms. What we didn’t like were the feather pillows and ultra firm bed. Wow, I need a massage after two nights. Other than that, the property is located close to the metro and we used it every day. Saved us a ton on taxis

In my room the towels were dirty , no toiletries i reached lil early asked for early checkin i had an infant they said they are full and then charged me for a full day to get in the room .

Todo el personal muy amable, en especial Naseer del concierge. Los del restaurante, los de limpieza y hasta el encargado del gift shop. El hotel tiene traslado al Dubai mall y a la playa. Tiene opciones para comer dentro y fuera de la propiedad. No es de lujo, pero el servicio es 5 estrella. Super recomendado.

Hotel was located near to plenty of supermarkets, food places & coffee shops that were open for 24 hours. Near the metro as well which was easy for us to get around

Elevator was slow, took forever to open which had a Total of 4 elevators in each floor. I waited for cleaner to come but I guess they show up on their schedule, but overall I like the hotel, especially their breakfast, it was so delicious!

Place is very close from city center. Staff are great , Ibrahim and Ali were very nice. Hotel is very clean and worth the price. Will stay here next time for sure

the day manager wearing glasses is extremely rude and doesn't care. Wasn't able to get the name however he wasn't professional and if you speak english or another language other then what he speaks than he shows attitude.

We were on vacation for 18 nights and 17 days and also visiting family in Abu Dhabi this hotel Costumer service was so amazing and they were so friendly we all became very good friends and they treat you like king and queen from the restaurant to front desk to even the bell men I can’t wait to come back here.
