Notification Requirement:
Guests must notify the host in advance if they plan to bring extra guests. Unregistered or unapproved guests are not permitted.

Overnight Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

Unauthorized Extra Guests:
If extra guests are found without prior approval, a penalty fee of AED1000 may apply, and the booking may be canceled.

Events or Gatherings:
Hosting events, parties, or gatherings that bring additional people to the property is not permitted unless approved in advance.
