"No fault of the property. Expedia issue. We were attending a conference at Canaan Resort. Expedia site said that the property was 17 miles away. The conference was 60 miles away, 1 hour 15-20 minute drive"

Our 10 month old labrador retriever puppy even managed to burn off some of that boundless puppy energy playing fetch in the back yard."

"Love the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of linens and towels. Hot tub worked great. Proximity to the slopes at Timberline was fantastic! Main living area and table/ kitchen was suer for our big family group. Plenty of space for the kids to be crazy and play. Also lots of comfy couch space for hanging out."

"I’m so glad we chose this property for our Timberline weekend. The location was perfect. You can see the slopes from the front windows. It was easily walkable to the lodge, which was perfect for our group. We had some in our group who were on the slopes all day, and others that were ready to return after just a few hours. The location made this hassle-free. We found the rental to be clean and well stocked, with comfortable beds, and a cozy gas fireplace. The hot tub was also a great addition....

"I’ve been coming out to Canaan Valley for many years with friends and family to ski in February. This house is one of the best places I’ve stayed. Close access to the resorts and downtown Davis. Amenities were fantastic. You can tell a lot of thought went into the renovation work and little details such as; providing Dr. Bonner’s Pure Castile soap in the bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils you need if you plan to cook meals in. Great views from the dining room...

"Clean, cozy, and comfortable! Location is close to Timberline and Canaan ski resorts. House was easy to access with no stair entrance from the front, which is great when you have little kids. King size beds in every room were comfortable and tons of closet space throughout the house. Everything is nicely updated. We would stay there again!"

"The space was roomy & cozy & equipped with everything we needed. We wanted for nothing & our hosts were near but not hovering. THEY are amazing Hosts & we're honored to have met the "mayor" of Canaan Valley. The wild life tefuge was right there. DOLLY Sods was a skip & jump & Canaan Valley State Park is amazing (but watch for ticks) We look forward to coming back!"
