"Hotels need a update everywhere but room was clean. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Did however has problem with payment and had to write to a Gmail adress. Person there was very rude and unfriendly. "

"We were on a business trip, so we were not able to enjoy all the vacation amenities available. However, the villa was fantastic and the check-in a great experience. We received several follow-up text messages to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. Check out was also simple; just sent a text message telling staff when we left and let them know the room was available to clean. Would defiantly recommend this establishment for vacations or extended stays."

"Everything was awesome except for the noisy AC unit which ran almost continuously to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular and private even with both of us in the room together. Housekeeping services and amenities like the bar, coffee shop and valet were all lovely. The atmosphere was also rather upscale which I thoroughly enjoyed. The view of downtown from my room was just ok, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view! "
