(Note: Pool heating incurs a $50 daily energy fee; hot tub heating is always included.)

✧ Entertainment & Privacy: A 55-inch smart TV in one room and two shared semi-private bathrooms stocked with essential toiletries and high-quality linens. Each bedroom offers private closets with luggage racks and hangers.

Bunk Room:
✧ Family-Friendly: Downstairs, you'll find our Bunk room equipped with comfortable twin bunk beds and an en suite full bathroom. This room also houses a second dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

Event Space Apartment:
✧ Private Retreat: Located in our spacious activity building, this cozy one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests seeking solitude. Equipped with a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated refrigerator, range, oven, and sink.
✧ Convenience: The apartment includes a half bath and a full bath with an extra-large tub. Open the dual garage doors for amazing breezes and enjoy the yoga deck with expansive views of the valley below.

With 5.1 surround sound speakers, every film comes to life in an immersive auditory experience. Comfort is king here, so kick back and enjoy the show in our plush reclining movie seats. In the rear of the room, you’ll find two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) featuring top-rated memory foam mattresses and bedding.

✔ Pristine Clean: Our cleaning fee supports the local team at Sweep Dreams Cleaning, ensuring a spotless home.
✔ Convenience: Extra-large washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron available. Dryer sheets and detergent provided.
✔ Well-Stocked: Premium linens, basic paper goods, and consumables (paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges).
✔ Coffee & Tea: Complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and local honey.
House Rules
**No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the home, there will be a smoking charge assessed of $400.00.
**Quiet hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have established quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors.
**Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is 20. Overcrowding or exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited.
**No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, or events that involve additional people beyond registered guests are not permitted if it is not agreed upon before booking.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. **We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
**Respect for neighbors: Please keep noise levels down, especially during late evenings and early mornings, and avoid any disruptive behavior that may disturb those around us.
**No illegal activities: Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and legal action.
**Damages and liabilities: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property or its contents. Guests may also be held liable for any injuries that occur due to their negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
**Cleanliness and tidiness: We kindly ask that you maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout your stay. We take great care to ensure Hills Haven is comfortable for all guests, so we appreciate your help in maintaining that experience for future guests. If the house or grounds are left excessively dirty, there will be an additional cleaning fee charge of $200 for additional service needed.
**Please dispose of trash properly and leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
**Parking instructions: Parking is available in the large circular front driveway. There is no street parking. The front driveway can fit 20 cars.
**Safety guidelines: Your safety is important to us. Please exercise caution and adhere to any safety guidelines provided, such as using handrails on staircases, locking doors and windows when leaving, and avoiding any restricted areas of the property. Be careful when it is wet outside - there is a lot of mud around the property when it rains and it can be very slippery
**Be respectful of nature: Pick up your trash and respect any wildlife you may see. Like any other wild area, be aware of your surroundings. There are snakes, sharp drops and prickly trees.
**Pool heating is dependent on outdoor temperatures and is seasonal. Offered for extended summer March-October/November. Subject to additional fees of $50/day of heating. Please reach out in advance to accommodate. Same day pool heating requests are not possible.
** Pets are allowed but need to be disclosed prior to booking. There’s a one time $95 pet fee applied to your stay at booking time.
