Slap af i dette smukt indrettede søhus på Seneca Lake's west side med helt nye gulve i køkkenet og badeværelset. I modsætning til de fleste Seneca Lake huslejer, vil du have over 100 fødder af private, niveau sø facade, sidder på næsten en hektar jord i slutningen af et privat drev. Kigger ud på søen fra det tilbage dæk vil du bemærke, at du er på det bredeste sted af Seneca Lake. Huset ligger kun få minutter fra de fleste af regionens førende vingårde og et par gader fra Seneca / Keuka Outlet Trail. Du er også en kort køretur fra byerne Penn Yan, Watkins Glen, Genève, Hammondsport og Seneca Falls. Dette sommerhus er ulasteligt rene - 6 sovepladser, og omfatter en sø spabad, en dock, og 100 ft af niveau sø facade. Køkkenet og badeværelset er omhyggeligt opretholdt, og hele huset blev fuldstændig renoveret for nogle få år siden (ny maling, indretning mv.). Huset er kæledyrsvenligt og tjener som enten den perfekte romantiske bryllupsrejse getaway eller familie sø ferie. Vi gør også bryllupper. Romantisk destination bryllupper: Vi gør kreative brugerdefinerede destination bryllupper, der kombinerer vores sommerhus med vores land kro, The Savannah House Inn og med en lokal vingård. Vi har stadig åbninger til reservationer til bryllupper i 2010. Planlæg en rimelig flugt bryllup i hjertet af vin Trail, på vandet og på en lokal vingård. Meget unikt - meget cool. Dine gæster vil tale om det i årevis.

We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. The house is well kept and very clean; the pictures accurately reflect the accommodations. Pictures cant quite capture the beauty of the view of the lake, though. We comfortably fit with 2 adults and one dog. Just a heads up, the bedrooms are a little tight but again, pictures are an accurate reflection. If youre traveling with large suitcases or if the guests are on the larger size, it might be a little difficult to manuever. The beds were equally comfortable. I would recommended and absolutely stay again as the bedrooms were not a drawback for us; rather a cozy spot to recharge after a fun filled day. The water view was impressive minus the ugly old boat next door. The exterior of the property could use some attention, maybe a good power wash? The interior was cute but the bathroom seemed made for kindergartners. Everything was way too short!The bedrooms were so small you could barely get around the bed. There was a heating grate in the middle of the floor that didn’t seem safe to step on, so we had to step over it whenever we went to the living room.The hot tub was a nice perk. The bedrooms

The location was great. My husband wanted to fish but couldn't use the dock it was unsafe and falling apart. The inside of house was very dated. The couch was very uncomfortable and bedrooms very small and the one door didn't even close. There were no coverings on living roomwindows so either very cold or very warm when sun was out. We were so unhappy w accommodations didn't even stay the 2nd night

Lovely, cozy cottage. Spectacular views, interesting watching research vessels going back & forth. Spotless, adorable welcoming presentation in each bedroom with magazines, tea cups & books, Plenty of towels. Comfortable variety of sitting & relaxing areas with views. Easy access from main roads. Enjoyed the area sights, wineries, outlets, Wildlife refuge & restaurants.

Safety First: Going from the kitchen to the main living area you had to walk over a metal grate that covered a large opening in the floor that sagged when you stepped on it. There was no way to avoid this grate. It was a tripping hazard. Another tripping hazard was walking from the living area to the enclosed porch. There were different heights at the threshold that could be dangerous. Once on the deck, was a hot tub that took up half the deck. The deck was extremely worn that with the weight of the hot tub with people was an accident waiting to happen. At the very least your feet or hands would easily get splinters. The stairs going from the deck to the water was also in poor condition. Inside these rooms, mainly the kitchen and bathrooms were in need of a new paint job. The paint and wallpaper were peeling badly. Also, a quick trip to the Dollar Tree for kitchen items such as plates, silverware, tea kettle would be a big upgrade. The bedrooms were very small and there was no room to dress between the beds and the wall. To start the visit on a negative note: Check in was 4:00 PM and checkout was at 10:00AM. When I asked the host if we could have an earlier check in by 1 or 2 hours, She said it would cost us 25 per hour, plus tax. . Even fine hotels let you check in early for free if cleaned. So much for customer service. On the plus side parking was good and the view was spectacular. With a little TLC this place COULD be a gem on the lake

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. This visit was the same. Great location mid-way between Watkins Glen and Geneva. Eclectically decorated and very nicely maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Strong wifi. Beautiful view looking east over the lake. Watching the sunrise is a must!!

It was Christmas when i stayed so it was chilly out but the firepit by the lake was awesome, Also you get a lake view from the hot tub on the back deck which was incredible. It was private Because the lake isn't busy in the winter. Id stay again. My Dog enjoyed staring at the Geese from the firepit.

We enjoyed our stay at this lakeside cottage. It was conveniently located with Penn Yan only a 10-15 minute drive and close to many very good Seneca Lake wineries. The only downside was that the bedrooms are small without much room to move around.

Very happy with the location! The place we stayed was cozy and warm and inviting! Big fan of the hot tub! The only recommendation that would make this place spectacular is making some possible updates/new renovations to the house that would make it stand out/shine!

Starting with Pros: hot tub is great; lake view/location is perfect; living area comfortable and decor matches the vintage lake house vibe; newer floors in kitchen/bathroom; close to great restaurants; quiet; private. Now to the Cons: Almost all seams in the kitchen wallpaper is peeling; the wooden towel bars in the bathroom were covered in mold/mildew; heat was not turned on yet; the laminate material used on the bathroom walls is peeling/not holding up, bathroom is in need of a general update; no instructions that we found in the house except for house rules on the fridge door; bedrooms are tiny with no dressers. We stayed there for a week. Called the host phone number listed on the paper on the fridge on Tuesday about the heat not working. No call back. On Wednesday afternoon, I sent a message via the app about it and was asked if we had looked in the bedroom closets for space heaters because they had not turned the furnace on for the season yet and if the space heaters were not sufficient, they would have someone come and turn on the furnace. No, we had not looked for space heaters but did find one in the closet. This would have been a perfect piece of information to have in the house in a folder or something. While I was having this exchange with the host, I asked if they were aware of the level of mold/mildew on the towel bars and they said no and asked me to send photos, which I did. They replied that they would let the owner know. Really disappointing for the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Dreamin property. You're literally right on the lake, and the views are stunning. There was plenty of area in the back for our dogs to roam and a big firepit right near the lake. Theres also plenty to do in the surrounding area(trails, wineries etc) in) in the surrounding area

Property is cute as a small lake cottage but could use a refresh. While I understand the look the owners are going for, some things are tired and need replacing. Most notably the couches to start. The bedrooms are very small- which is accurately described- but be mindful they are only full beds and two people is a very tight fit. You also have no room for luggage in the room and while you can utilize the closet- very few hangers were made provided to hang clothes.The landscaping of the property is also something that the owners could work on- while the grass was mowed, the trees and shrubbery were due for a trim. It looked generally unkept- this includes the deck which is time for a power wash and staining. You can’t beat the view and overall the house was clean- it does have the potential to be great with some elbow grease! It’s great for a few days but a longer stay you might want to find a slightly larger place to stretch your legs.

The cottage has a great location for the nearby attractions, but is next door to a navy boat yard filled with rusty old boats. The cottage is very basic. I replaced the can opener as the one they had was so rusty it didn’t work. I also had to replace the shower curtain liner because of mold .

There are not many lakefront places to rent in the Finger Lakes that either (a) are not truly lakefront because a road stands between you and the water, or (b) don't have a zillion steps down to the water. This cottage, at 37 Seneca Street in Dresden, is truly lakefront, with a lawn down to a pebbly beach and a dock. And there are only, I think, 11 easy steps down to the lawn -- perfect for older dogs and people. The Dresden location is perfect for visiting Geneva, Watkins Glen, Penn Yan and wineries on Keuka and on the west side of Seneca. The cottage itself is definitely not fancy; expect marks on the walls and some peeling wallpaper. But it has everything that really matters: a clean bathroom, good water pressure, air conditioning, comfortable beds. We would happily stay here again. Note that unfortunately the Mr. Twistee in Dresden has closed, but the FLX Wienery, which serves AMAZING hot dogs, burgers and milkshakes, is just 10-15 minutes down the road. All within easy walking distance are the Spotted Duck, with its wonderful ice cream; Seneca Stag Brewery (get the homemade peach jam to go); and the trailhead to the Keuka-Senaca Lake Outlet Trail.

There for the views, hiking, and lake activities. Nothing fancy with tiny bebrooms, but very clean and close to the water. Fire pit, hot tub, and lake access were the best parts!

First of all, the water views are incredible. Property sits right on Lake Seneca and there is plenty of nature to observe. Given the position of the cottage and views there are several windows that have broken seals and are foggy so these should be replaced to maximize the enjoyment of the view. Several windows didn't have screens so the ability to enjoy breezes and fresh air was compromised. The hot tub was a nice way to relax and unwind after a day of wine tasting and touring.

This sweet house on the water was perfect for our familys trip to see the eclipe near by. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable! The set up outside was great, we enjoyed lots of time by the lake.

We had an amazing time at this property for our anniversary. Everything was incredibly clean, and the house was adorably set up and warm for us upon our arrival. We’re already talking about booking this place again!
