"Spacious family room with all amenities available."

"Great stay in Surabaya. Close to many shopping areas and attractions. Comfortable room, very spacious, fantastic breakfast. Super appreciative of the room upgrade"

"The room itself is very good, clean, and had a nice view of the city. The staff is attentive and very nice to us. We also tried out the fitness center, it is well equipped for cardio, weight machines, as well as free weights. It's always nice to be able to do your leg day during travel. What's best for me is the lounge at 21st. The breakfast is served here with plenty of local options which is my absolute favorite, they also switch around the menu everyday so you won't get tired of it. They...

"Hotellet er tæt på et shoppingcenter, og jeg havde et stort værelse med flot udsigt, morgenmad buffet var lækkert. Jeg havde er behageligt ophold og ville komme igen."

"Overall it is a nice Hotel but there are room for improvement. The wifi in public areas varrie alot. Several times our room key didnt work There could be sunshades by the pool since its very warm and to avoid sunburn. Finally it would be nice to have a beer without trying to hide it "

"A lot restaurants nearby"

"Good place for a couple of nights while on business trip. Very centrally located."

It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"+ super vriendelijk personeel + schone ruime kamers + uitgebreid ontbijt + prima locatie, t.o. een mall + Tunjungan plaza op loopafstand"

"Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again."
