"Overall it is a nice Hotel but there are room for improvement. The wifi in public areas varrie alot. Several times our room key didnt work There could be sunshades by the pool since its very warm and to avoid sunburn. Finally it would be nice to have a beer without trying to hide it "

"The room itself is very good, clean, and had a nice view of the city. The staff is attentive and very nice to us. We also tried out the fitness center, it is well equipped for cardio, weight machines, as well as free weights. It's always nice to be able to do your leg day during travel.

"Great stay! Staff was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would’ve like to extend but they were booked past our check out date. Would’ve stay again. In a great area as well."

"Breakfast and convenience"

"Good place for a couple of nights while on business trip. Very centrally located."

It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again."
