"The place was beautiful, great location. The only problem I had was the parking. I never saw a #2 or #4 parking spot. Just 2 spots behind the building which were numbered slot #1,#3. I was assigned #1 and so was the other person renting. People will park on the spots leaving me parking blocks away. Also there’s no iron and ironing board. O missed my first dinner date @ arrival bc I couldn’t iron my clothes. I had to go buy an iron and iron on the bed. Not too good for someone with back issues. I...

"Host was welcoming and had great consistent communication. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 20 min walk from the main manayunk restaurants and bars. I really enjoyed my stay. This was 5 stars and would highly recommend to others. The only adjustment would be a newer Roku tv. It has trouble staying connected to the WiFi and couldn’t process a system update. Seems like it’s just an older model. "
