"We had to choose between a loud air conditioner to stay cool or constant highway noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and not clean, and the pool had a noticeable layer of scum on the surface. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all."

"breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"

Tub drained extremely slow, water and temp control knob was very loose and difficult to operate.house keeping emptied trash and took soiled towels, but didnt leave clean ones. had to go request clean towels . Tv had very limited channel selection and no guide to see what was available. The property was quiet."

"Perfect getaway for a birthday celebration! The suite was very spacious, clean, and organized. We loved the automatic fireplace and the romantic jetted tub—perfect for relaxing with some candles at night. We also appreciated the complimentary wine they gave us. "Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. "

"Fantastic little gem in Tempe.
If you read a review for the place as Ramada Inn, just skip the review. The sweetest couple bought it and spent tons of time and money shining this place up. From a couple of conversations with the owners I could really tell, they have their hearts and minds in the right place to run this place. The few smallest issues were being taken seriously and addressed immidiately. Service is definitely their #1 concern and focus.

"We usually stay here when visiting family in AZ. The property is average. The rooms pass but are not super clean. The breakfast is obviously a plus and has a good variety. My kid loves to have the waffles. The beds are ok. The double bed rooms are too small for my liking. If they would make the beds a queen that would work but they are double beds. Not ideal for a family of 4 unless your kids are small. "
