"I stay here each time I come to Lexington for business trips and it is always a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is really good. This is my go to place. I typically stay in higher end hotels and had never considered staying at a Best Western, but one time I came everything was full and I stayed here by chance. I am so glad I did."

"The lady who checked me in was a recent/new employee; but you could not tell. She was so very accommodating. She saw that I was breathing a little heavy (I have COPD), and she was just so attentive and helpful in getting me checked in. When the first room was too far for me to walk, she switched my room, programmed a new key and brought it out to my car. She didn’t want me to have to trek back inside to the front desk."

"The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We arrived around 8am and had to wait a long time for a staff member to come to the desk to check us in. There is no AC in the halls or elevator so it was pretty hot. Breakfast was not great and there were a ton of flies in the dining room. Overall probably wouldn’t chose this hotel again."

"This hotel stay has been ok. It was suitable for the moment for my father who has relocated. The eye on the stove did not work and I spoke to the front desk Mrs Marva who was helpful and communicated she will get it fixed ."

"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."
