"Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge. Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."

"Please tell the owner to have their internet checked out, this is our second stay here, and both times the connection was so slow it kept dropping. It was almost impossible to work remotely. The speed tested at less than 3mbps, and I'm sure they are paying for much faster service."

"The apartment was named "quaint" and was accurate. It was comfortable and quiet. I wasn't a big fan of the window ac unit (it ran really long times) but since it was colder at night, we just turned it off. Only thing I'd want different next time is better pillows.
