"The property is lovely but as you would expect with a historic home it was missing some modern conveniences. There weren’t enough plug ins for all your electronic devices to charge by the bed. There is some signs of foundation issues and the room we stayed in was pretty small with the bathroom being a bit bigger than two phone booths. Overall it was charming but I was glad we only were staying one night."

"Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. "The Sweet Biscuit Inn lived up to its name! The property was lovely and the room was wonderful. We stayed in # 5. The view of the front lawn and gardens is beautiful and so peaceful. Our breakfasts were delicious and we found our way around Asheville quite easily. I would highly recommend staying here. We will if we come to this area again."

"At the time of booking a bed-and-breakfast I thought that breakfast would be included and be prepared by cook. But I got breakfast in a bag in refrigerator to take to my room. If I would’ve known prior to booking the bed and breakfast I would’ve not to stay there."

Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."

"From the initial reservation, the communication with the property owner was stellar. They kept us inform all the way through the point of us, checking in our unit and even then check to make sure everything was right. They accommodated our special request. The unit itself is beautiful and well-maintained to the point where we felt like we were the first person to actually stay at it. It was so new feeling. This property manager did an excellent job in this unit. We will be back."
