"We stayed four nights. After housekeeping failed to show up over the first two days, I approached the front desk and politely asked about the housekeeping policy. I was told they come in to refresh every two days, and that our room was on the schedule for the next day. After being out the entire day that next day, we got back very late to find that no one showed up yet again. When I went to the desk for clean towels, I was told “sorry it was busy the last few days.” Our stay cost close to $1000...

"Upon arrival, we were asked if a king room was necessary. I booked this room mi this ago. Once we got to the room, we understood why she said that. The air was struggling, the fridge wasn’t cool and the tv didn’t work. We made it through our first night and maintenance came the next morning. They tried for a couple of hours going in and out of the room to fix the tv. Then offered us another room. Not a whole lot better. Air was okay but not great.
We understood it just acquired a new owner....

"The pillows were like a bag of mulch. I still have a headache. The noise in the hallways from people running up and down the hall talking like it was noon when it was 1:00 AM was ridiculous. The bathroom had no fans. The TV frequently froze and scrambled. I'm a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, but I may have to start using a different chain. Not my best experience."

"When I open the door to go in for the first time there was a tiny lizard inside that ran into the bathroom. The room was on the 3rd floor. They got it out but I spent the 1st night very uncomfortable because I was looking for others. My room was not cleaned on Sat nor Sun. For Sun it appeared that they had started with fresh towels and trash. Bed not made, counters not cleaned and floor not vacuum. Front Desk staff Lucy was absolutely the best!!"
