There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. "BlenElm guest house worked well for my quick weekend stay. It is conveniently located to the university and a 20 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops were not far for a quick drive. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the accommodations especially the comfortable bed and heating unit. It got cold the two nights I was there. Nice big tv and coffeemaker.
