Helped us with various questions, including our request for early checkin and with wifi login. Appreciated complimentary bottles of water chilling in the fridge (although would prefer alternatives to plastic bottles.) Nice firm beds, good linens, plenty of towels for bath and pool. "The unit was wonder, and a perfect location to visit family nearby at Splendido. The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We wish we had more time to enjoy the private patio and the pool that looked so inviting but it was just a short visit and we ran out of days. We will definitely reserve this unit again the next time we are visiting."

"The location within Tucson area is awesome for hiking, biking, golf, shops, restaurants (La Encantada nearby) and other fun. John is an A+ host who communicates very well, was flexible re: check-in needs, and maintains unit very well. The property itself was a bit more “dated” than we’d anticipated. "This is a lovely condo in Ventana Canyon with easy access to hiking, shopping and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a few amenities upon arrival such as coffee and kitchen supplies. We were shocked at the 10am checkout time and the fact that the cleaners came before that time and waited for us to leave."

Wr had a very hard time finding our unit even after turning on the correct road Drove around area for quite a while before we deciphered what the four digit unit translated to When we entered the condo there was a distinct “dog smell” This unit was advertised as No Pets The explanation I received was that the cleaning person has a dog ??????? Place was very clean and highly pleasant despite the very small bathroom off the hall and meant to accommodate 2nd...

"Lovely casita with comfy bed, beautifully tiled kitchen, and peaceful cactus garden with hummingbirds. Early morning walks in the neighborhood and saw 2 coyotes at 6:30 AM. Easy walk to coffee shops and access to central Tucson, Sabino canyon, Tohono Chul and Botanical Garden. Much more pleasant than a hotel room. Make your reservation now!"

"This property is phenomenal and very clean. On the other hand, I was taken a back by all the rules. It's a little weird to pay top dollar including cleaning fees and then be asked to clean the property with threats of possible extra fees. Including taking the trash out to the curve. I don't know but for this price, some sort of service should be included and not asked of. Very stressful to have to remember to clean and take out trash on graduation day..."
