"We loved our stay at the Mount Lemmon Lodge! Our room was clean, cozy, and comfy. The lodge is conveniently located within walking distance of beautiful hiking trails. The Swedish Sauna was the perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!"

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

"I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved.
