"The basement suite was larger than expected. We really enjoyed the king size bed and never used the second bedroom. We especially appreciated the fact that we were kept warm even though the weather got really chilly outside. The BEST part -- no doubt -- was the large fenced backyard for our dogs! "House is more run down than pictured. When we arrived it was a bit dirty. Some bugs in the ground, a sticky brown substance on the floor. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned.
