a fresh, modern and diverse design and is perfect for a successful city trip.

If you leave the house, you are right in Dortmund's city center with everything your heart desires. The train station is also just 300 m away on foot.

The apartment has two comfortable double beds each on one floor, a large smart TV, a cozy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and everything you need.

You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful
amenities of this apartment.

There is a WC on both floors and a shower and bathtub for relaxing in the upper area.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer.

The apartment also offers space for a fifth and sixth guest thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.

In the living room you will find a beautiful and comfortable couch, great color accents and a large smart TV to enjoy your evenings.

If you feel like a cozy glass of wine or would like to review the day in peace, we cordially invite you to the beautiful lounge where you can make yourself comfortable.

To round off the day properly, you can look forward to two very comfortably designed bedrooms and a restful night's sleep.
