"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

My room was not ready when I checked in, but the hotel held my luggage and provided access to restaurants, shower etc. in case I wanted to eat and refresh myself while I waited. My room (junior garden view with 2 queen beds) was spacious and clean and any issues were addressed quickly.
