"The customer services was horrible my room had the worst smell. I had to request another room and had to pay then when I got the new room it smelled so horrible. I would like my money back for the payment of the knew room. That resort will not last if customer services doesn’t change"

"The hotel grounds are really beautiful and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was not ready when I checked in, but the hotel held my luggage and provided access to restaurants, shower etc. in case I wanted to eat and refresh myself while I waited. My room (junior garden view with 2 queen beds) was spacious and clean and any issues were addressed quickly. "Beautiful home, delicious dinner and gracious hosts. "

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay.
