"What a stunning location and a lovely and very well equipped gite. Solange and Henri were friendly and always reacted well to questions or issues. It's an area we hadn't really visited before and we loved it - also great to have a well marked 8km dog friendly circular walk passing right outside the gite! "We had a wonderful stay at Serge and Valerie's house. The house is very well equipped with everything that we needed. It was spacious and clean too. The house is walking distance from Argentat town centre and grocery stores. We visited Beaulieu which has a great swimming area on the river and you can launch your own paddleboards and canoes. Serge and Valerie were very welcoming and met us on arrival with their daughter. Would definitely recommend staying here. "
