After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund...

"This place advertises premium bedding and is FAR from that. The master bed is so worn out it has a swell in the middle and is so uncomfortable. The other bed is similar to sleeping on the floor. The toilet & towel racks in the restroom are 1 second away from falling off the wall. The place is very unkept but has potential.
