When it comes to the room and state of the hotel, everything is great and a very good price.
BUT! The big problem is when you check in, and some of the staff does everything to make you take a boat tour on the lake.
There is a man (I believe he must be the owner or manager) who is very intimidating and he promis alot of great thing you will do on the tour. You pay a VERY HIGH price for a totaly different tour and not what you pay...

The room is nice and location close to city and water very nice. No cleaning during our two day stay. And we had missed that it was a shared bathroom in the hallway. If we had seen that before we wouldn’t have booked the place. All in all okay. "

Nos recibieron con una copa de prosseco, el personal muy atento. El desayuno variado y delicioso.
La única sugerencia fue que renovaran el mobiliario de playa, por el aire una sombrilla me cayó encima y tengo un terrible moreton. También lo comentamos en recepción."
"The views around this hotel are to die for. It’s close to the monastery that even if you wanted to walk it’s possible. After spending a night at the upper monastery it took an hour to get back to the hotel. You just have to be mindful of the cars around those sharp curves.
The restaurant upstairs is excellent and food was very tasty. Over all stay was exceptional, thanks to the front desk manager Alexandra. Thank you! "
"Et rigtigt godt hotel og med dejligt hjælpsomt personale. Hotellet ligger 15 minutters gang fra centrum, men det havde ikke den store betydning for os, da det passede os fint. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god.

"Det er anden gang jeg benytter hotellet, og første gang var lige så positiv som anden gang.Lynhurtig check-in og venlig velkomst. Dejligt stort rum med bl.a. sofa og udsigt over byen. Gåafstand til busstationen og centrum. Mall of Montenegro er nabo til hotellet, så gode shoppingmuligheder. Dejlig morgenmad som var på øverste etage, med god udsigt. Taxaer er billige og kører efter taxameter."

House keeping was a little disorganised. The bed wasnt made into two singles upon arrival, but they fixed it at night upon request. We needed a few items from the complementary room list (eg. sewing kit) but they were apparently all out....
"Fantastisk dejligt hotel, man føler sig virkeligt hjemme og behandlet som en af familien. Vi havde dejligt værelse med balkon og udsigt over bjergene. Centrum ligger blot et kvarters gang fra hotellet, og også her mødes man med åbne arme, som man gør i hele landet hvor man kommer frem."

Very nice breakfest buffet, but terrible service. They removed the food and coffee a minutes before the breakfest closed. And the stand were more busy talking to eachother and joking around, than servicering the customers. Furthermore, ind of the waiters were so busy removing our plates (before we were even done) that he dropped a knife in my daughters for. Not okay at all !! So the breakfest service was not Hilton standard.

"Skønt og smukt hotel med fantastisk udsigt og en passende størrelse, så det føles meget eksklusivt. Eneste minus er kommunikationen, når ting ikke fungerer, f.eks. TV som hverken kan caste eller vise andet end tyrkiske kanaler. Det tog 4 dage at konstatere uden lyst til at fikse det med et HDMI stik, som jeg endte med selv at finde."

During the summer, breakfast gets a little busy and poolside fills up. But you can find a quiet deck chair down by the water, which has lovely views and is great for swimming.

"We enjoyed our stay. The view is fantastic. We're both running and it's not easy from here. There are no paths and the roads are very narrow and drivers drive fast and close. There have been quite a few problems during our stay, a really dirty sofa, a drawer that fell out, transparent curtains in the bedrooms, a lamp in the bathroom that didn't work, a dishwasher that broke, a very dirty swimming pool that got algae, but the staff have taken care of everything we have pointed out and got things resolved during our stay.
All employees have been very nice and welcoming.
But unfortunately we did not get the apartment we had ordered and paid for. The one we got instead was much smaller. Our 2 children slept in bunk beds in a 3.65m2 room without any storage or air conditioning.
The entire apartment had a total indoor measurement of 23.15 m2 + balcony at max. 8 m2 Total area 32.5 m3, and the one we had paid for is listed as 45 m2.
It was important for us, as 23.15 m2 is too small an area for us, when we are going to stay for 15 nights, 4 people.
We informed the staff about it during our stay but they keep saying that all apartments were about the same size.
And there was no option to move to another apartment, they were all booked and they thought that the one we got was the best solution for us
