"The property, staff, breakfast are all incredible, we traveled all the way from Mexico and found this hotel to be a magical place. We really recommend it!"

"Access to the hotel needs to be clarified at the lower entrance. And the hotel name - Cloudhaven Retreat (花开花落半山居) needs to be updated. The hotel is using another name right now. "

"The biggest issue was that it was so so loud. When the neighbour room flushed sounded like it was right by you. When people talked outside it sounded like they were in your room. The bed and pillow was not comfortable for me. Everything was old, the hairdryer was useless and cleaning wasnt really good. And we got a packed breakfast because we had to leave early which was a nice gesture problem was it waa one bun for two people and two fruits. Pretty small packed breakfast. "

"不錯 但空調有一點異味 廁所還有一些煙味 但洗衣可以免費 還有曬衣服的地方 很讚"

"Great accomodation!"

"A stunning and tranquil hotel located inside the Lijiang Dayan ancient town. The staff are all helpful and polite. They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. It was marvelous that we could see Yulong Snow Mountain directly from our room window. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. My parents really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely...

"Great base just right outside the old town. Very clean, well built and great service by the crew. The cocktail bar is also a nice place to relax and unwind."
