"Good location, good staff"

"Godt beliggende hotel og meget venligt og imødekommende personale."

" Normally I don't give reviews for hotels. I stay at many hotels that I have gold status but this time at this hotel I simply want to tell something . The staffs and I express that all staffs are so nice and helpful as I have not experienced in other hotels. breakfast is varied so you don't get the same kind of breakfast every day. you get autentisk vietnamese breakfast too. The staff at breakfast were also sweet and helpful. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with 360 degree views of the...

"Nice staff and location"

"The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel."

"It was the most comfortable place I have enjoyed to stay and being there made a first time trip to Hanoi that much better. It was outstanding."

"Fantastisk personale. Utrolig venlig og serviceminded. Central placering."

"Fin velassorteret rooftop bar"

"We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?"

"Reasonable for the price paid"

"Værelset er pænt og rent men aircondition virkede ikke da vi var der. Vi fik af vide at da vi var der om “vinteren” så bare temperaturen på vores etage sat et en temperatur over det hele . Hvilket resulterede i et meget varmt og indelukket værelse Personalet er sødt og venligt Du skal være opmærksom på at der er meget lydhørt på hotellet specielt på de første etager "

"This hotel is awesome! Everything is like new, rooms are super nice, pool is great, breakfast and restaurant is super, staff is kind and serviceminded. Also more expensive than most of the hotels. But worth it!"

"Ok standart. God beliggenhed og meget hyggelig gårdhave"

"The hotel room was great, and the entire hotel was very neat and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, they truly made our stay feel special and gave us a wonderful overall experience. Breakfast offered a selection of continental options, which was a nice way to start the day. We also visited their spa, where we had a great experience with the massage and felt very well taken care of throughout the treatment - We can definitely recommend choosing the hotel's own spa. One...
