We wanted to extend with one night but unfortunately due to high occupancy it was not possible but we really appreciated all the great service from awesome staff at the hotel. "The staff at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli were very kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the souq. However, the overall experience did not live up to a five-star standard. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom did not appear properly cleaned, which was disappointing. While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and overall luxury experience to truly meet five-star expectations."

"Dejligt ophold med et stort rummeligt værelse( 2 store single senge). Hotellet er rent og bekvemt. Super venligt personale, som har gjort opholdet behageligt. Service har været top og omhyggeligt. Hotellet ligger tæt på alt med bil. Nemt at transportere sig med UBER( med egen App) fra hotellet til overkommelige priser. Gratis vand, The/ kaffe og elkedel på værelset, hvilket var super. Kan varmt anbefales! "
