We wanted to extend with one night but unfortunately due to high occupancy it was not possible but we really appreciated all the great service from awesome staff at the hotel. Super sweet, helpful and nice hotel staff! Thanks to all and especially Yassine, Eman, Bassit, Ali, Imran, Sharif, and rest of you we cannot remember your names but thanks to all of you! You made our stay memrable and we will definitely come back! Our children also enjoyed staying here :) great location! "

However, the overall experience did not live up to a five-star standard. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom did not appear properly cleaned, which was disappointing. While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and overall luxury experience to truly meet five-star expectations."
