"Most important to me in a rental are comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. My Happy Place provided all three (except for 4th bedroom with child size beds with droopy mattresses which fortunately we didn’t need). Lots of bath towels. Plenty of hot water. "The house has such charm; it's not your everyday cookie cutter rental. The wifi -TV mostly - is not as easy to work as a typical cable setup, but we managed OK. The Internet worked well. We didn't use the Boombox so I can't speak to that. I would have preferred a firmer mattress in the main bedroom, it was a little too soft for me. "We had a great time at this house. The 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms,2 1/2 baths, and a living room area (needs a TV) was great for the 4 teenagers we had with us. The master is on the 3rd floor with a living room and kitchen. VERY spacious area, with a nice porch that expands the whole house.
