"Very nice staff! Easy pre-checkin, easy key pick up/finalized checkin, easy check out! Didn’t notice an elevator, but I’d assume for accessibility they would have to have one. Clean room, great AC, big crisp tv with lots to watch, a little balcony too! The only negatives I would say were the location being a bit far from the main part of sylvan lake (I consider this the big moo haha) but if you’re okay with a pretty 20 min walk it’s fine and not bad at all, there are nats along the pathways by...
