"We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive."

"The bathroom was not very clean and we where there for 4 nights and every night we got back to the room we had to get the key card redone which was a pan when we where upstairs in the and snowing. Then the second night there where people banging on the door at 4am 2 doors down and the three and forth night there fast a big fight form the same people at 2am. The railing, on the second level was strapped to the roof with stap and In zip ties."

"They had a large fridge in the room. Air was ok in the room but the entire rest of the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and I could hardly breathe. Bathroom fan and air conditioner fan made loud clanging noises."

"I got double charged for the room, I paid Expedia and I was late to check in. Expedia didn't provide a phone number for the motel, After the motel canceled the room, they then charged me a much higher rate. Expedia did not return my money,so not only was I forced to pay a higher amount, I also payed for it twice"

"The place is clean. Wish I knew that I could save on the cost by booking directly. There is a sign on the door and at the front desk that you need to call for assistance. The fellow did come quickly and he was very nice but it’s like the place isn’t busy enough to have someone at the desk full time. Doors locked and no one around in the morning. Just put keys into slot. It was fine but considering how empty the place appeared to be I feel the price should have been lower. The rooms and bedding...
