"The property is excellent. We had a problem accessing our unit with the code provided by the host. In the email from the host, the access code is part of the guest phone number; however, Expedia does not share the guest phone number with the host and no alternate code was provided. The front desk closes at 5pm and the phone number provided continuously goes to voicemail. "The kitchen utensils need an upgrade. Preparing food was tricky with the knives. Kitchen scissors didn’t work.Bedding could also use an upgrade as could the mattresses as they are really firm…I appreciate that’s a personal preference though. There was just one extra blanket in the unit and the bedspreads were pretty thin for cooler temps."

"This suite was clean but quite dated and lacking character. It felt much more like an older hotel than a vrbo. The back patio is nice in the early morning or later evening, but an umbrella or other type of cover to block the sun during the heat of the day would be a very welcome addition. These small details aside, the suite met our needs for the week. We were in Lethbridge for a 5-day workshop and it was nice to have a space with a kitchen and living room. "The property was clean and ready for us on time. There was some confusion about how to lock the door that got resolved quickly. Parking was quite congested, but we also worked that out."
