"Everything was clean and like the pictures. The communication was easy and Michael made sure we felt at home and was at our disposal during our stay. We had a great time there!"

We went to a concert at Comminwealth and it was close to the venue, which was great since we ended up having to walk back after the concert due to not being able to get a cab or uber. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. When we arrived we were able to park our car in the garage which was great. "I worked online on the first day. It was cold in the AM in the basement suite with no baseboard heaters or space heaters. I let management know and I think they cranked up the heat. By midday, the temp was fine.There was a weird smell (sewage?) that emerged on Sunday. I couldn't tell where it was coming from.They rent out the upstairs and I got woken up at 1:30am on Sat night by the guests.It was a cheap price so I think the price matched the quality. No frills, but it got the job done."

"Location and pet friendly were the most important to us. You can hear the people upstairs walking around but not real late at night past 11:00. The master bedroom has cellular shades that let light in. This time of year it was very light very early in the morning. Bring eye blinders so you can sleep in a bit.Kitchen has good supply of tools etc."
