All of the staff members I interacted with were both professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Location was an easy walking distance to the city center and public transport if needed.

We were happy, but only untill a large wedding party started on the floor right below - heavy music untill 01 in the night, very disturbing. The place is impeccably decorated, with a sense of humor. Everyone we encountered that works there was wonderful, engaging and inviting. The proprietor was always walking around, speaking to the guest to make sure we were all comfortable and happy. One of the nights we were there, they had a harpist playing for us in the lounge area and offered...

"Vi kom til hotellet og personale var ikke helt imødekommende, efter vi kom op på værelset virkede to af lamperne ikke så det skulle først lige fikses , der var ikke skiftet vc papir da vi bad om rengøring og vi slukkede udsugningen hver.
