"We are from Canada travelling with family for a cruise, and booked two junior suites for one night at the Don Rafa Boutique. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was larger than we expected, air-conditioned, clean, well-maintained with plenty of lighting and large windows. The neighborhood has good restaurants and cafes. "Beautiful room in a great central location in El viejo san juan! Would recommend!"

"Convenient to Old San Juan"

"We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late."

"Super lækkert hotel og god beliggenhed"

"Property was in great location Staff was excellent; always helpful with a smile. Room and bed were comfortable Lighting needs improvement. Insufficient lights in bedroom and especially bathroom. Putting makeup on was tricky Insufficient hooks for towels in bathroom No towel mat outside shower No anti slip mat inside shower No Handle bars inside shower"

"Everything was amazing!!!!"

"Elevator did not work one day. Had to walk the stairs to the third floor. Our TV was not working right. Had to have maintenance come in on the second day to reboot. Battery in room safe failed. Front desk came to fix it when asked. Maid was very friendly and helpful to mop up rain water coming in to the room. We had rain every day so all the common area were unusable ( all open air)"
