"The rooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were enough towels for 7 people. Sadly, the beds were not comfortable at all. No one slept well. And the bbq did not have any propane, so we had to go down to the pool."

"This was a great place to stay! It was quiet and just a short drive to anything you need. I give them props as well for being very quick to respond. A battery got low to a smoke detector and it began chirping. They immediately responded asking what time we would like them to come out in a new battery. Nice easy to work with people. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. Great bed. "

"Fantastic property and wonderful communication made this a great stay. Lots of towels and soap was great too. We were only 2 people in our group and this property easily can hold 4-6 comfortably and we didn't even use the 3rd bedroom. Loved it and will plan to return again !!! Thanks"

"This is a very nice place and space, particularly for 2 couples. It is right off the main street, so everything in downtown Moab is within walking distance. Yet, this is on a quiet side street tucked away from the tourist crowds.The kitchen was devoid of basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, flour, etc.) or spices (except for salt and pepper), so plan accordingly."

"The inside was very clean! The outside patios need work and also cleaning up. We swept it and turned the mat over and cut the strings hanging off of it. The windows should be washed. It was great having a washer and drier. The location was convenient. The garage was a nice benefit. And it was nice and quiet!!"

"The property is super cute and clean. We had a 5 night stay. Location is decent about 5 min drive to the touristy shops and eating area of town. Laundromat is right down the street. There are 5 units and 4 parking spots one is a handicap spot. Check in instructions say first come first served and 1 car per person. Minimal street parking was available. Toilet seat was cracked and pinched. Message sent to rental company after we left about it so not sure if it got fixed. "
