"Our room was very clean! Comfy pillows and bed.. great, gated location conveniently located for our trip. Walking distance to a McDonald’s and Taco Bell and convenient store. No deductions here, but the shower is slippery! LOL. Definitely saved this hotel for future stays as we are in the area regularly. Well lit, they’re working on renovations and all things good. It is well worth the money!"

"Met all our expectations lovely home."

"Please do not book this home. You will be disappointed. It’s unsafe, mold, not handicap accessible. Yard is not unkept, trash overflowing, bugs, nasty refrigerator. This is a haunted house.. Please please do not book!! Ruined our family vacation! Broken window"

"Grew up here in Dickinson. I never knew this beautiful view ever existed here! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, close to church, clean and absolutely worth the price! I will return when I visit my family in a few months! So happy to have found this hidden gem!!!"

"First night there it was a large rodent scratching inside the first floor ceiling for a good portion of the night. We later say a raccoon running across the back lawn."

"The dog next door barked a lot and we did not have any wash cloths or kitchen towels. Other than that the place was small but comfortable. Perfect for our short visit to the area. "

"I had a bay boat for fishing down there, so only issue I had was the listing looked like it was a double wide on stilts with a double driveway to park the boat in. Once there the actual trailer we were in was to the side and the one showed had someone in it. So the double driveway was only a single driveway and too narrow to get a boat into. The owner did have cameras and was super kind in sending me pictures of the boat parked out by the street and said they would inform me If anyone messed...

"Our stay was great. There were a few mechanical details that could be addressed but didn't interfere with our stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"The host was MAGNIFICENT. She was in constant contact on my trip. The RV was clean and comfortable. I wasn’t there much during the day since I was visiting family. At night I felt very safe."

"We had a great time. Looking forward to scheduling the next trip."

"The AC was broken down we sleep one night with hot weather"

"The stay with our kids and grandkids was priceless. The main house was pretty clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The fireplace was burnt through, grill dirty, gameroom very hot and smelled of dog pee and one room in gameroom was not cool and smelled of dog pee. I contacted the host about air in room and there was no resolution . The house needs major upkeep as far as indoor and outdoor furniture. The cleaning people and host were nice but I dont feel the host wants to spend on making it...
