"Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.

"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. "Mine was an unexpected stay since I missed my flight to Guam and was a last minute booking. Desk staff was awesome and the hotel is a bit smaller than its peers near Diamond Head -- just what I wanted. Peaceful, welcoming and the view over the jade expanse was a bonus during my short stay. My only regret is that I didn't have time to surf...east coasters really cherish these waters!"

"I loved that it was located right on the beach. Easy check in. Although the next day I had to clarify that the room was paid through Expedia so I wasn’t paying for the room twice.
The complimentary sparkling wine arrived the last evening of the stay after we’d already had cocktails. Also we had to remind them that it was included. Overall the hotel and location is wonderful ."
"This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing.
There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD.

"Hyggeligt mindre hotel, med god service. Fri adgang til at låne strandmåtter, strandstole, strandhåndklæder, bodyboards og parasoller. Morgenmad med masser af frisk frugt, men kaffen var tynd og savnede også noget yoghurt. Synd at al drikkelse skal nydes af papkrus -glas/krus højner altså oplevelsen efter min mening. Også masser af affald fra engangsemballage til syltetøj, smør, ketchup, honning, sukker og kaffemælk. "
"We stayed here last year while it was being renovated so coming this year, the hotel had a major make over. My family and I loved it. Perfect location for our liking, rooms were tidy and we enjoyed going to the gym every morning. Pool was beautiful and not full of chlorine like some hotels. Overall, we love this place! Looking forward to next year! "

It's a big resort and they dont take time for anything.
Restaurant staff don't care much about the guests.
Cleaning is so terrible that it is hardly existing and leaving the rooms uncleaned for the whole stay!"
